We treat voice disorders by first conducting a thorough assessment to identify the specific issues affecting vocal quality, pitch, loudness, or endurance. Based on this evaluation, we develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving vocal function and restoring healthy voice use. Our therapy includes exercises to strengthen and coordinate the muscles involved in voice production, techniques to reduce strain and improve breath support, and strategies to promote proper vocal hygiene. We also teach clients how to modify habits that may harm the voice, such as excessive throat clearing or improper pitch use. Additionally, we provide education and training on healthy voice care and techniques to maintain vocal health long-term. Our approach supports individuals with voice disorders caused by vocal nodules, polyps, muscle tension dysphonia, neurological conditions, or voice misuse.
